She is extremely vain and takes a lot of pride in her looks. She doesn't think that anything is more beautiful than her. In order to maintain her appearance, she takes care of her hair religiously and spends a lot of her free time, combing it because she believes her hair is her most beautiful feature. She is also rather confident in her abilities. She wants to be living proof that one can be extremely beautiful and strong at the same time. She absolutely hates losing, especially to those she thinks is 'lower' than her.

[u]Hair Manipulation:[/u] Subject 143 is able to control the hair on the top of her head. Perhaps she could control the hair on the rest of her body, but she finds that completely disgusting and doesn't want to try it. She can grow it out quickly and move it to do her bidding. She mainly uses it to constrict the movements of her enemy but can also use it as a whip or carry small-objects. 
[u]Limitations:[/u] She cannot support too much weight. The longer her hair, the harder it is for her to move it around. 
[u]Weaknesses:[/u] Fire. Hair burns and what not. 
Water. It gets absorbed by her hair, making it heavier. Depending on how much water is absorbed, it could render her useless.
