He always worked alone, and because of that a few rivals though they could kill him for his insane bounty on his head, although they tried they were not successful in killing him and wound up as little more than names on his kill list. Now he's the target of militias all across the continent, and Sgt Garvey plans to use the money from the Dystopian Grand Prix to hire his own private army, and take over everything.
