I'll wait for a few more faces to show up before I do anything for sure but it seems the first option is the most popular so far. I'll be willing to let you guys make up your own rivals and play them if you desire without a character sheet assuming you run their powers past me first. Rival NPC's will allow players to do things without forcing me to shove people together which has become an all too annoying common place thing for me.
