“Captain Planet, eh? Now we’re talking.” He smirked, and then raised an eyebrow. “Wait, didn’t he have mullet?” Vin leaned back just as Jennifer brushed her fingers through her hair. “Tease.” He mumbled under his breath, turning his face toward the side window to distract himself for the moment. He couldn’t help but to listen in, however, to Nate opening up to Jennifer. So...numbnuts does have a soft side afterall. He mused, smiling to himself, but also feeling bad for the fact that his ideas of Nate became so skewed, so misunderstood. The guy is finally admitting that he’s just as fucked up as the rest of the group, and why in the world would he betray them? Maybe Jennifer knew something more about him than Vincent did, something more to the story perhaps. Sadly however, as Nate mentioned all the pain and wounds he was currently harboring, the only thing that popped out of Vin’s mouth was... “Well fuck, there goes dinner…” Realizing that was a dick move, he really wanted to take that comment back, or he hoped no one was paying attention. He was surprised, however, when Jennifer refused to heal Nate, knowing that her gift was probably the only thing that would help him to fully recover that much quicker. But, Vin also knew the toll it took on her mind and her health, and the risk of losing her through her healing powers was probably much higher due to the nature of Nate’s ailments. Of course, if Nate was wounded this badly, then he also shouldn’t be driving a car. “By the way Nate...do you want me to drive the rest of...well, wherever it is we’re going? At least then you can rest in the back seat here. There is a shit load of room if you haven’t noticed.” [@Subject Zero] [@Xandrya]
