There would likely be a decent recruitment rate annually, and it would depend on how many campaigns they go on yearly. Non war years they probably lose very little, but during war years they could probably lose tremendous numbers. But as it stands there is a mixed amount of Knights to regular foot soldiers that seem to have been conscripted for the fight or just general followers. I'm not sure, I've been writing as if there are Knights and then there are soldiers under the command of the Knights in the fight. Vita said there was something like 130ish Knights on this expedition, but I gotta wonder if that is all the Knights of the order or if it is something more like the Teutonic Order where there are hundreds or thousands of Knights in the order.
