Hey hey! I like the concept. Can you go into a bit more detail? 

900s Sweden... You seem to be doing a viking type idea? Can you talk about what it was like to live where and when she lived? Which culture she belonged to? 

Abilities and skills: I suggest you make a list and elaborate on each point.
Can command ice: What are the parameters? Is it like telepathy or like freezing/melting things?
Healing: Again, how much can she heal? 
Fighting skills: ..?

Also looking at the list it seems like your character has a wide range of abilities. Fighter, healer, and mage. To make a more dynamic character you should go for a specialization. Pick one of the above three to focus on and be really good at.  

Personality: Can you elaborate a bit more here as well?
