Hmmm, that's a hard one, but I would rather lose my legs instead of my genitals. The thought of not being able to fuck for the rest of my life is depressing and besides that...humanity keeps evolving, there are various ways to regain your mobility. But if you lose your genitals, then they're as good as lost.
