Locke

Casey gasped as his alarm clock roused him from his sleep, the soft but urgent beeping coming from somewhere above him, "Oh god, not again..." Casey groaned and immediately fell from the ceiling of his room onto a bed that was much softer than normal. This occurrence had been happening more and more over the past week as the first day of their new school approached, Casey narrowed the displacement of gravity to be caused by his nerves and had taken to tying a bed sheet around his hand and the other to the edge of his bed just to keep himself from doing exactly what had occurred. He laid in his bed and stared up at the ceiling while taking deep breaths in an attempt to calm his risen heart-rate to a more manageable speed, after he took a few more deep breaths Casey had finally calmed down enough he got dressed in a black button-down shirt and a pair of faded jeans before walking of his room and began to make his way to the meeting area. On his way to the Meeting area he stopped be the kitchen to prepare a cup of his favorite tea, he walked into the kitchen and was surprised to see that there was nobody inside. "Must be because it's so early... CRAP!" he exclaimed when he saw the clock and that he was running low on time, "I spent too much time relaxing!". He quickly grabbed a portable coffee cup and heated up some water in the microwave before adding the teabag. when he grabbed the cup Casey immediately dropped it as his hand was burned by the heat. As it few Casey was just able to cancel out the gravity vectors on it for long enough for him to get a sleeve and pick it up. "Why don't I ever remember that things are hot?" he muttered to himself and walked out the door of the kitchen heading on his way to the basement. When he walked through the door and followed the stairs down into the basement he was surprised by the labyrinth of passageways that would lead to the meeting room. He wandered through the halls of the maze-like basement and eventually ended up at the correct room, he entered the room and paused when he saw the other people in there before him. Casey walked into the room and sat on a stool trying to relax when he noticed the time, he had made it in time and the professor wouldn't chew him a new one. He took a sip of his tea and looked around the room noting the big doors that led to the training area and the fact that it looked more like a living room than a meeting room that he would have expected. "Hey Professor Latour" he said with a slight bow and just let his cup hang in mid-air by canceling the gravity vectors again and letting it hang within his field.
