Masaru jerked his head towards the kitsune in the middle on lifting a wooden beam, almost buckling under the weight as he temporarily lost focus before the girl decided to reassure everyone that there was no issue at hand. It took a moment for the oni to regain his former stance, but at the very least the goods that the obstacle had been hiding were left unharmed. "Phew. Well, it's fine that it's nothing dangerous, at least," he laughed as the rest of group seemed to chastise the kitsune for her actions. "No harm, no foul, right?" With a smile, Masaru took a deep breath and shoved the beam against the hull of the ship behind it, propping it up there to keep it from falling back down onto anyone or anything. Brushing off his hands, the oni knelt down closer to the ground to see what he had revealed. Another box of seeds, it seemed; so this had been where they were keeping the food stores! What a miracle that was. This time around, it was... Rice! Yes! Sake! ... Well, actually, no, not sake. Alcohol was a luxury, and though he was fairly certain that a drink right now might ease up tensions, turning it into workable food came first. "Got some rice over here! I'll bring the box outside; better to do this now than forget about it later," he called out to the rest, spitting on both of his hand and rubbing them together before grabbing the box by its sides and heaving it into the air. With a steady page, the oni slowly moved the crate of rice outside the wreckage and plopped it down near the sand... Away from the water. "Phew. That's good, that's good. Better than I expected, at least." Nodding to himself in an attempt to psyche himself up, Masaru walked back into the shipwreck to continue digging for goods to use.
