Although Rend should have an opinion on the characters also since Cryonautics briefed him on who exactly he was going to spend the rest of his life with. He has even seen the video footage of the various screening sessions including the behavioral studies. So that is how he will base his opinions. After all of those are in, the next step is the first post.
