Shadow padded forward with her nose near the earth and could smell the heavy scent of... [i]goat[/i]. Her mouth suddenly began to water with the thought of tearing into it's hindquarters, taking off into the bush at a full sprint towards the mountainside. Shadow knew the boys were off after a rabbit, but also knew a small mountain goat wouldn't be too much to handle on her own, she just had to be careful when maneuvering around on the rocks.[/color][/indent]

[color=lightgray]Aleu smiled at Anum's excitement and turned her attention to Kita, tilting her head a little to the side. [b]"By helping your packmates track it down. Smell out the prey. For now, I can do the hunting. You girls can help me track it."[/b] Getting up from her bow position, Aleu walks over to a spot near the water and scratches at the earth. [b]"Start here. The scent is quite strong. I want to see how you can use your noses."[/b][/color][/indent]

[color=green]As Lila began to speak of the attack that had gone down this past winter [sup]where the rogue tiger had mauled members of Vandrow[/sup] Kai's ears flattened and he slowly sunk down to his stomach. Kai could remember the whole thing as if it were yesterday.[/color][/indent]

[color=tan]Desaius turned to look at the fae for a moment before looking back towards the ground to close his eyes in attempts to hide the hurt in his eyes. I'm not so much worried about this small family passing through as much as I'm worried for the safety of wolves such as yourself. Young, full of life. Vandrows new set of leaders. I'm willing to take that sacrifice."[/b] Desaius looked back up into Lila's eyes once more, catching a glimpse of Kai just a few feet behind her looking up at Desaius as well.[/color][/indent]
