Terrible grades and even worse coordination on the football field. All the other kids called him a spazz and talked shit about him constantly. They didn't dare confront him though, for he was big for his age. He didn't care, for city life held no joy nor significance for him. Ever since he was a child he knew he would live out in the country, away from the craziness of the city. His fathers best friends cattle farm was his favourite place in the world. His father brought him out to the cattle farm every weekend with him. Mason was left to wonder around at his leisure, with the farmers cattle dog in tow. It was during one of these weekends at the farm that Mason discovered his passion. He was surprised to discover that an older boy just a few years older than himself was riding mean old Brutus, the bull. Surprised and stunned. Mason himself was scared to death of Brutus and dared not enter his pen, ever. It was at the age of fourteen that Mason decided he wanted to be a bull rider. This older boy soon became his mentor and his best friend, who taught him the basics of bull riding. It was quite a steep learning curve but in just a few short years Mason became quite an adept bull rider. He entered every state championship every year from the age of seventeen and finally came first at the age twenty two. Mason went on to the national championship later that year. It was at the nationals that he suffered an injury that ended his bull riding career forever. He was thrown off of a particularly ornery bull and landed awkwardly, injuring his back in the process. He achieved third place, which was a great achievement at nationals, but he had to be taken away by ambulance right away. Mason was devastated to learn that he will never ride a bull again for his back would never be as strong as it used to be, ever again. He continued working on his fathers friends farm but it was obvious to all that his heart was broken. Out of pity, trust, and respect, his fathers friend, Vaughn, offered him a rare opportunity. He tasked Mason with the responsibility of finding another town to set up his second cattle ranch. This new cattle ranch will be run by Mason himself. His first task was to find a town that was to his liking. Mason couldn't believe his luck. He was happier than he had ever been. Not even winning state and placing third in nationals compared to this. At the age of twenty five Mason set off on his odyssey across the country, trying to find the perfect town, for his perfect ranch, for his perfect life. After two years of travelling he ended up in the quaint little town of Bellview village. Mason decided to stay at a cozy little mom and pop style motel. It was time to find out what Bellview village had to offer.
Personality
An old country boy at heart, Mason Lee is a man of simple needs and strong urges. He likes drinking with friends at the pub, riding horses, chopping wood, and listening to a fusion of rock and country music. He also has a weakness for ladies whom are both shapely of leg and ample of bosom. He left a trail of broken hearts during his journey across the country and even a couple back in his home town. Softly spoken yet eloquent and poetic, his charm is unquestionable. Beneath his calm, laid back, and devil may care exterior, lies a terrible temper. He rarely ever unleashes it on people but he has been known to break property in seemingly random fits of violent rage. He can be insensitive and more than a little arrogant. These traits have gotten him into many a bar brawl and many a violent altercation with jealous boyfriends. Wherever he goes, trouble seems to follow. Despite all this Mason Lee has proven himself to be a capable leader and a hard worker. It seems though that Masons time on the road has made him more wild and carefree than he used to be. Can Bellview Village possibly hope to tame his heart?
Appearance
A lean and semi muscular caucasian man in his mid to late twenties.
