For combat purposes, she can create super-bright bursts of light to try to momentarily blind the enemy, attempt to disorientate them with light displays, or 'remove' the light from a small area to increase the shadows in which to hide.
Despite the usefulness of this light-manipulation, Nyra is unable to hurt others with her power. For this purpose, she carries both a handgun and a small blade, concealed on her person.[/color]
