Leanne looked up at him. She didn't want to tell anyone what happened before the bombs hit, so she came up with a lie. [color=6C5CAD]"When the bombs began to fall here, I found the closest shelter. The bar was the only place that wasn't getting hit or had people inside. So I hid there. I've been there since."[/color] she avoided eye contact with him and started to walk ahead. Leanne knew that her sister would see through her lie but hopefully Marcus wouldn't. 

[color=6c5cad]"I thought I was going to die, so I drank a bit to pass the time."[/color] Leanne made her lie grow even bigger and hoped when he found out the truth, it wouldn't change their relationship. She still had a slight crush on him and didn't want to show that either. [color=6c5cad]"What about you? What have you been up to this whole time?"[/color]

River looked at the door then over at Jace. [color=9400d3]"Guess that means we have to stick together. We can either go out the back and search the buildings that way or through the front and go down the street. It's up to you."[/color] she grabbed her backpack and slung it over her shoulder and walked over to him, awaiting his decision.
