1: Are drivers allowed to be under the effect of drugs, such as those enchatning their reflexes or other bodily functions? This includes both alcohol and koffein.

2: How does Risk Rally GP [sup]tm[/sup] handle out of race injuries. Do they even care. Do the racers have a contracted healt insurance plan? What if one of the racers "accidentally" go missing or die between races?
