History: Someone long ago decided it would be fun to make a sentient robo-cat. Well, that didn't quite happen as all they had to start out with was a bundle of string. Never-the-less, Noire was made and brought into this world to tear into the hearts of man the terror of their own desires before the war came and shifted around the priorities of the world. Now she fights to prove her dominance over all being of the universe.

Powers: 
- Ever expanding tail that can double in girth and secrete a subduing liquid to biological units.
- Can turn small bits of self into threads of string with neigh indestructible durability and control them as part of her body.

- Reinforced fangs and claws that can tear into the toughest of metals.
