Name: Howard Hugh's Atomic Megatropicalis 


Pilot: Goliath 1st Division: Experimental, private pilots of 117.

Sex: All male.

Size: 90 feet tall. 45 feet wide.


Powers/Abilities: 


ATOMIC POWER: Each turn for this mecha Mega will obtain ONE atomic point, which is used for his various abilities and powers. 


Manhattan Project: 5 atomic points: ULTIMATE that produces a Nuclear bomb capable of delivering MASSIVE amounts of punishment to monster and mecha alike. However, lacking any missile functions it must be thrown on smashed against the enemy in some form. While this is active, Mega only has one hand free. If melee'd, Mega is thrown back. Taking damage as if he was thrown but sustain no damage from the explosion.


Atomic Hyper Laser: (3) if Hyper Laser hit. Atomic Hyper Laser may be used directly after in a none stop attack. Dealing moderate damage and blowing the enemy off their feet backwards. Ending the attack.


Hyper Laser:(2) Shoots a laser from Mega's eyes. A brief power up of 0.5 seconds before firing. Does little damage but travels instantly. 


New Age Hydraulics: (1) can jump 10(of his own) feet into air for an attack. May be used to travel across an arena, however while in the air he can not defend against grapples or range. 


Dash: (1) allows mega to skip forward and back at a quick pace of exactly 3 (of his) feet. 




Weakness:

Atomic Power: His combat capacity relies strongly on him being able to stock up Atomic Points: Without using dash and jump, he is very slow and ground bound. Without dash and laser or Manhattan he cannot do any combos that will deal considerable damage to a kaiju. 

Power Down State: In order to conserve energy for his atomic functions, funding for the basics such as arm strength and speed are cut. Making his punches, kicks and head butts deal half the damage a standard kaiju can do. Grapple being the only move that is considerable due to his size and bulk.

Ground Bound: Even when using his jumping power, he is vulnerable to in air tackling or grappling.




Biography: 

In Hugh's last days of isolation, he came to the conclusion that humanity will not always be alone and that the capacity of guns and bombs will only get mankind so far against the new types of foe that will pour forth from the enigma of his mathematical equations. Megatropicalis was the splattered together design of fear and genius of the soon to come terrors from the future.

Sadly, the project was only 90% complete when he passed away. Leaving many engineers while brilliant unsure of what to do with the titan that they had created. Stricken with a fear of the consequences falling on them if they bought forth the Megatropicalis for the abuse of Military. Be it foreign or domestic. They chose to let it sleep until its destined enemies would arrive.


When the kaiju appeared, one of the engineer came to hand the sleeping weapon to American Solutions who funded an extensive team of ground breaking scientists to figure out how to finish the last fraction of the machine. Bringing it forth under the care of a specially trained pilot division to defend USA and the world from xeno threats.
