Ugroth kept up trying to collect more nuts and berries as he listened Charlotte's response to his tip. As she spoke it became a little more clear that the alchemist had yet to have much personal experience with living out in the wilds. It made him wonder how well she would do in this situation the survivors found themselves in but if anything they were all in this together so it might make learning such things easier. He had a feeling one way or the other that if they survived the ordeal they would have much in the way of experience to share with all of they're people back on Stalmir. Of course they had a long way to go before that would be true but it was a pleasant thought. The ogre agreed with trying regardless of failure, within reason, though the human brought up the issues it could cause. The same issue was less common among his settlement but it was likely something that happened more elsewhere like in Astril but it was a good distinction to make. He hoped his own desire for hunting never led him to that sort of thinking later on whilst being exposed to the new creatures them might encounter. It looked like it was an upsetting topic for Charlotte so he wouldn't press on it unless the girl brought it up herself which might come up later. Ugroth continued to try to get as much out of the harvest of the trees and bushes as possible. Admittedly he would have preferred an actual sack for carrying because it would have provided more space to hold the nuts and berries. A few minutes later he managed to get a bit over a third of the garment filled up so it could have been a far worse haul than what they had. Hopefully Charlotte would have gotten some more time to get an idea of what they were dealing with as far as the plant life. The hunter scanned around one last time to see if he could spot any animal movement or life beyond the insects but there was nothing or it was hiding too well for him to see as of yet. He slung his pelt over his shoulder for easier carrying and walked over towards the alchemist who had been very focused on examining the roots of the bushes though for what he didn't know. "I think this is all were going to be getting out of nuts and berries. Just tell me when your finished and we can head back towards the wreck, maybe the rest of them managed to scavenge some decent supplies too." The ogre said willing to let her continue for a bit but fairly certain being alone might not be a good idea.
