I'll be looking over them in detail, just cut them down and make them simpler. I've read a bit and a lot of them seem pretty powerful already, a little too powerful, but fortunately style is locked in strength behind level doors. Generally you want at minimum 3 styles, one style for each one, and a third style that they use while in tandem where they compliment each other's singular style. Right now I'm looking at them and some of them don't really have meaning for a twinned character, it's like you're quite literally trying to make two characters in one by jumbling up enough stuff for one character two times over. A twinned character makes use of their cooperative skills, and are incredibly formidable when paired, but the weakness comes from when one is slain, where they are weaker individually. There are ways around that weakness if you're creative, like Ornstein and Smough taking in the soul of their fallen ally to power themselves up, or Agni and Rudra wielding the sword of their slain brother for an awesome fire tornado moveset. You should look to these paired types of characters a bit more. You're also taking a lot of pages from the Lumen Sages, you might as well have just made a pair of Lumen Sages instead of a pair of Heirarchy Angels too. That's my input for now, hopefully that will help you out.
