He said to her before turning towards Dawn and placing a light hand on her shoulder, though to her the hand might be heavier considering his size.

"You didn't witness anything violent just now, did you?" He asked, just now realizing that he was very close to where he killed the Bull. "Because I wouldn't want to... traumatize someone as frail as you." He didn't want to hurt her and even if she saw him, he wouldn't directly harm her, he would just need to intimidate her a bit.
