Overall, well done :)  I think like mostly everyone's powers they have a the [b]potential[/b] for being OP'd, but so far we've managed to keep them reasonable, and I suspect it wouldn't be a problem with your character's telepathy. The note writing is a nice touch too. Reminds me of an old movie called [i]Memento[/i]. 

Considering her gang-relations and notoriety, why not have her working as a "gopher" for one of the families in Noble's? Maybe she had affiliations with them in the past and in order for her to escape the city, she sought them out and in exchange for their hospitality, was volunteered to help them in whatever manner they needed. Unless, of course, you already had something planned out with [@AcerRo]...

Sure bro, that'll work since you aren't interacting directly with the existing characters yet, so you can insert any NPCs you see fit and that would make sense in the community.
