[@Chapatrap][@The Spectre] The Philippines were actually their own country before, but seeing as their Nation Sheet is gone now, I'd like for them to be their own nation under PSA supervision. 

But frankly, and this regards everybody here, my hopes for this RP has declined rapidly the last days; not because I'm not interesting, which I am still very much, but more because of the sporadic appearances and disappearances of players and nations alike, and the lack of an agreed upon Point of Divergence AND non-existant rules of how to create an American nation. Not to mention that our GM is gone like the wind. 

If things doesn't improve, I'll rejoin the RP once a new version of this RP has been made, preferably with some more rules.
