He owed her a date now? He had never been on a date, girls back home usually avoided him. Glancing at Muay, who seemed to be just as uneasy as he was, Ray decided to drop the whole incident and focus on readying himself for his journey. Ray basically sprinted his way out of the Sanctuary after Lucy, Muay following close behind as he collapsed on the floor. "Thank God..." he huffed, resting on his knees. His moment of rest gave Ray insight on the second half of the event. A plethora of kiosks were placed around the area, behind them stood uniformed men and woman with touchpads. The registers. Ray had completely forgotten about registration. How would he get his Pokedex? Taking one last breath, Ray took too the kiosk, leaving Lucy in the dust as he rushed over to the register. This gave him an opportunity to take in his fellow trainers Pokemon. Unfortunately, he could never get a good look. Massive distractions were the culprit. A commotion outside the building was the main problem, but a stamped of Pokémon also seemed to feeding the overall chaos. A helpful person would take to action, and help, but Ray could care less at the moment. The young Stylo slammed into the kiosk, causing the lady behind it jump. "Are you okay? she cried, poking at the downed boy. Ray bolted upwards and casually leaned on the kisok, playing the whole incident off. "Yeah I'm good, how about you? Good? Great? I'd like to register myself and my partner. You know? Protocol and all that." he fired off, leaning in closer and closer. The clerk leaned back to avoid touching Ray. Yeah, I do. Fill this out. she sighed, handing him a tablet. Unfazed, Ray took the tablet and tapped away; inputing his name, his Pokemon's, his age, the usual. With a resolute grin, Ray handed the clerk back her tablet, who took it with an exasperated sigh. "Congratulations Ray, you are officially a Pokemon Trainer! Here is you starter kit." she chimed fakely as she handed Ray a red and white backpack. Ray wasted no time snatching the bag from her hands and scurring off. Eager to find out what was inside, he ransacked the thing. The Professor and spared no expense to pay for everything that would truly prepare the trainers for their journey. As he searched through the contents of the bag, Ray realized that, and was greatful. Inside, there was a metal case with the region logo on it, his badge holder. Besides that, their wasn't much else. There were some complimentary Pokeballs, some potions, and his Pokedex. The Pokedex though, was the best part. Ray quickly took to testing the device, activating it and reveling a holo pad. "Coooool." Ray mumbled in awe as he tapped furiously. After personalizing the device,Ray found himself on the homepage, where a plethora of apps sat. The largest one in the middle caught his eye. Shapped like a Pokeball, it quickly opened into a new page that read; No Pokemon I'm sight. Tentivly, Ray held the device towards Muay, who cocked his head in confusion. Instantly, the device burst to live, showing him all the information the Pokemon database had on his Riolu. The aura that emanates from its body intensifies to alert others if it is afraid or sad. Not only that, the device even went as far as to display Muay's level of power, which was gauged at 5, and the ablites he knew. If that didn't impress Ray enough, the Teambuilder app took the cake. Instantly, Ray jumped to his feet. He needed to start building his team and train Muay. Unfortunately, he would need some suplies, and he had lost Lucy in his excitement. Coincidentally, she appeared next to him."I don't know about dinner, but you could travel with me. A man couldn't leave a woman all alone I'm the wilderness." he jibbed as he took to his feet. "But first, I need to hit the Pokemart." he huffed as he got to his feet and walked out the door. He was greeted by the chaos of the outside world, which he ignored and went on his way. None of his business anyway.
