Brief Description: Yakov Krushiv got his start in Vokovia by being a loyal servant to the premier who was then only a high official within the party. He would rat out those he knew were capable of betrayal or he disliked though was trusted enough to have them never be the wiser. Eventually his loyalty paid off. When the Premier became the leader of the country he gave his loyalists key positions such as the head of the  Department for Security & Peace. He quickly got to work and set up rings of informants everywhere internally and externally and waiting for the moment to strike.
