Oh, most certainly! I'm just saying dude in regular armor is gonna be screwed. But guy (or should I say girl, the way things are looking) with some magical/energy shield could most likely block it. I'm not saying its attack that can't be blocked at all, just that anyone standing behind a wall or wearing regular armor is gonna have a bad time. :D
