Yes we aren't meant to be snarky. But you also state that we must stay positive and cheerful. Even OP is not exempted from his/her own rules. You are being the most negative right now.

I am very open minded when it comes to viewpoints and opinions. I will hear someone's side of a story before reaching a conclusion.

Also, your earlier statement on your viewpoint wasn't very informative, and kinda vague in my opinion.
