Machines were always man's servant. After all, man created the machine for a specific purpose. To help them whenever they wanted. Machines propelled mankind into another renaissance era of the future, and fantastic forms of computers, AI, and robots were created at an alarming rate. The government never saw fit to limit or restrict any of the new technology scientists seemed to be pumping out on a daily basis. And thus, "Elijah" was born. A product of the most advanced robotics, AI, and artificial tissue technology. He was one of the first machines that acted, looked, and sounded like a human. Elijah went into a public high school as his first test, where none of the staff or students were able to identify him as a machine, as they were all fooled. But when the scientists announced this fact to the world, outrage occurred. The scientists were playing god, they said. Soon enough, Elijah was forced to carry an ID card that identified him as a machine, and was sent to live among the aliens, since the humans cared little about the extraterrestrial beings.
