His hair was simply styled, cut slightly shorter than usual to show off it's volume and frame his face nicely. He was wearing just a bit of makeup; nothing noticeable, of course, just a bit to make his skin seem more even. After all, a few paparazzi photographers would "just so happen" to be in attendance, so he had to look his best for not just his bride, but for the cameras (though he wasn't very pleased about the latter). He heard the door open behind him, and lifted his head to see who was there; it was his grandfather. The old man offered a small smile. "Seems you're ready early. Excited?" he asked. Victor nodded, turning fully to face him and leaning back against the counter. "I think so. I never thought I'd get married, so doing it under such an unusual circumstance... it feels a little odd." "Don't think too much about it. Your grandmother and I only knew each other for four months before we got married, and we were together for thirty years. This isn't really so different from that." "Mm. Perhaps." Victor checked his watch; not too long until the ceremony. "And even if it doesn't work out," John continued, smirking mischievously, "it'll make a great headline." Victor rolled his eyes. "I suppose."
