Are there restrictions for where our character can be from?[/quote]The only races that are not allowed the Borg and any Dominion races (Changelings, Vorta, Jem'Hadar, Karemma, Cardassians, and Breen) and I guess the Q Continuum too. I should add that to the list. You are also allowed to play new races of aliens if you so desire. 

I guess the only restriction on [i]where[/i] I might have would be if you came from Dominion space. But if you can give me a good reason how (and why) and why you'd be on the Orion, I'd take it.
