[@Oraculum] I'm not a great fan of ressurecting characters that die. I'd rather have the players deal with their mistakes. Unless it's ressurection is meant as a way of achieving what the final character should be like (like Stride possibly becoming a reverse demi-lich or a fire mage I've always had the intention of turning into a fire spirit of some sort in one of my old RPs). The only thing about those ressurections is that they are risky. Tugrok might not give a fuck about the dead elf. Tugrok might fail to ressurect him. Bob might explode the body in a million pieces while trying to steal it's sword.

In short, anything goes. I might not like it, I might love it. In the end you're the ones who make the RP happen. As long as you check with me first (so we don't have a 1 paragraph elf turn into jack-o-lantern thing happen ever again), you can come up with anything.
