Assuming it's a Truly Horrid Umber Hulk, Thrik should be about the same size as Whogga.

Whogga size was calculated as having 3 times the proportion of a war horse to a human, which should make them both fit in D&D's huge category.

Overall, it should be a close match, with the Quaggoth having a small edge due to better equipment and being smarter.
