[@Bishop] Assuming the "no movement constraints" is just an error you left in, I'd be willing to accept him if you chopped the instant repair. Also he needs a personality section, that too.

EDIT: Oh! So it's pretty much just a flavor thing than, no real "gameplay" type use? Then the repair stuff is fine.
