If "this one" is already using the skooma then you are facing symptoms of lethargy (unenthusiastic and lack of all emotion) It isn't present in your current speech however, so you are either 

A) Immune to the negative effects, in which case i would like to run some dwemer tests on you

or

B) Pretending to have emotions. In which case, teach me. Hahahahaha, that was a joke. AS you can tell, i'm already a bundle of joy and humor.
