I am good with it either way, but to build off of what [@KitsuneDarling] suggested, possibly they were delivered to, for example, Alexandra's house, a box, containing X paper-wrapped lumps and a sheet of paper with each of our names on it, and then Alexandra (or whoever its delivered too) passes the info on.

or, alternitavely, it is placed in a secret spot that just the group of us know, theoretically, but with the same stuff otherwise
