@memetrash101 @DarkwolfX37 Please make sure that you avoid including Abi and Brooks into your collab post, we've worked out a solution to the problem already and they won't be headed into the woods. Pls don't throw our truck.

EDIT: Due to IRL circumstances the progress on the Abi and Brooks collab is halted until further notice. I'm giving it a good estimate and assuming it might take at least 2-3 days to complete; @AcerRo if you'd like to move on please PM me and I'll help sort out your next post (which may or may not include fighting) by giving feedback on where/what Abi and Brooks will be doing.

...Unless of course there is an airstrike, and Abi & Brooks just happen to be dead center of the target area *shrug* ;)

I'll just point out that super powered people in comics and movies deal with all manner of weird looking things all the time. It's maybe not exactly what I would expect or even hope for in terms of direction for this rp but it's not a dealbreaker for me.

Although I do think that maybe it would be in the best interest of the story and the rp as a whole if you changed it @AcerRo. Not just because "Suddenly, a wild demon appears" is a strange and unexpected plot development but also because the characters are supposed to be at a safehouse and having demons randomly wander up on them makes the place anything but safe.

I would much rather see the group just have some downtime to get to know the new people...if they stock around.

Well, to be honest, I imagined this "demon" creature as being some sort of genetic experiment gone wrong, and perhaps the officials who are hunting people with super powers are using the creature as a tool...

Although I'm not sure if Eli's comment at the end was him just being sarcastic, or that was actually his "Aunt Hellan".

EDIT: And I'd have to agree with @Subject Zero's above comment.

I think it's mostly just that there was no indication that supernatural stuff was going to happen so close to the beginning. Oh well.

Honestly? I was sort of expecting demons. Don't know why. But it's vague enough that it could be, like Rawk said, a genetic experiment fuckup. Or, more likely perhaps, another person with powers whose powers either didn't manifest correctly or had terrible side effects. Remember, demonic can be used to describe something that isn't necessarily a demon.
Personally, I'm guessing this thing is a failed super power person who's attracted to the large concentration of powered people, sort of like an AIM ghost in Raildex. I'll be interested to find out the actual explanation though.

@AcerRo Personally, I don't know what to tell you, since this is ultimately your story line and it would take away from the mystique if you gave away the plot.

I say we let it play out and see where it will go. If it's a demon, it's a demon, if it's something else...well, then either way there's always "duplinates" at our disposal :)

I'm more than happy to give an idea of what's gonna happen. Just a very basic overview. That doesn't bother me and I don't feel like it's going to ruin anything to an extreme. That point aside.

I'm fine with the demon's presence. We have superpowers so it's believable within the story. Just don't go overboard, that's never a good move in any game.
