If you're willing to fight characters with modern tech I have the 1st arc Clockwork Man or Isaac the Ghoul with modern equipment. If you want to fight med-fantasy only you can fight Adrian or Aegis potentially, though he's only T3 so that might be a little easy for you.

Looking through them right now and seeing what would be fairly even. Conversely I can always make slight alterations to Ananze to up him to equal status (not a big deal really).
