UPDATE: Got 2/3rds of the IC worked up in the titanpad. Still working on the intro post for my character though. Go ahead and start figuring out how you wanna throw your character into this world, how they got to DC, etc. And remember, IT'S A WAR ZONE! The Americans still in the city are scared, some are being held in designated areas, 90% of the authority figureds behind enemy lines are dead. And the female president's body is ripped in half and still rotting on the front lawn of the White House which will now partly be a crystalized fortress ala Superman's Fortress of Solitude.
