As Jimmy grabbed the Princess Protection Program sheet, a glowing glyph of a reverse crescent moon appeared over the sheet. Soon, the paper flew out of Jimmy's hands and fell onto the floor, growing in size until it was the size of a door. "You can do any sort of mission you want, though I best advise you tackle them as a group. As such, it should be a group decision." Mr. Gold said. Just then, another person fell out of the sky and proceeded to ask Mr. Gold some questions. "Yeah, can you tell me what's going on?" Nicholas asked. Mr. Gold sighed. "Very well... My name is Mr. Gold. I am the God of this realm. Your realm is ruled by someone known as the Silver God, Moonchild. There's about twenty realms, each containing a cluster of worlds and each ruled by a different God. I am the God of commerce and you are in the central hub of my world. I like to call it... Guildhall." Mr. Gold said as Nicholas looked around, seeing various people in suits of armor walking around, each being pretty unique and each picking out papers on bulletin boards hung around other buildings. One such being was a humanoid velociraptor who went near the bulletin board that the group was at and ripped the Farmer quest from the board. "Ah, Blue, getting hungry again? You know the tavern's always open." Mr. Gold said. "Yreaaah, but this is free food!" Blue then slapped the paper against the wall, creating a portal while a glyph of a skeletal t-rex appeared on it. Blue then walked into the portal as it faded away and shrank back into the scrap of paper. Mr. Gold walks over to the paper and placed it back on the bulletin board. "As you can see, anyone can just pick a mission and do it. And it doesn't even matter if the job's already taken. Different guilds can try the same job and compete for the rewards. I like that cutthroat nature of it..." Mr. Gold said. He then clapped his hands and spun around to face Samuel once again. "As for why you are here, well, to put simply, Moonchild defaulted on a loan I gave him a couple of thousand years back and rather than be a man and pay up, he has you guys paying the debt through labor. As for why you're a game character..." Mr. Gold just thought on it, then chuckled. "Of course! It makes sense now! Moonchild probably has hired you guys out and given you some fancy tools to help you. Hence why you have that magic phone, young lady." He addressed Jenny. "It's probably why you're a game character." Nicholas looked at the portal created from the Princess Protection Program paper. "So... I guess in order to pick the quest, we have to get into the portal?" He asked. "Correctamondo, Mondo!" Mr. Gold said. "... I'm Nicholas." He said. Rachel then said she was Kamen Rider Fourze. "Oh sweet! I'm Knight!" He then paused. "Wow... should have went with that..." He sighed then looked at the portal. He then did a little jig. "Blue skidooed, we can too!" He then posed... and nothing happened. "... Yeah, you're gonna have to jump into the portal. Nice try though." Mr. Gold said.
