Basically you have 3 avenues to decide battles (though preferably just one). First via plain play-by-post roleplay, accounting for loses and properly resolving battles is down to the honor of the players and their common sense. If there's a dispute then GM can control this. And if there's further dispute you just roll a fuckin' dice and let the 50/50 chance decide it for them. Sounds like a decent plan to me! And yeah, I sure hope GM actions won't be required. NRP is a tightly knit community, at least compared to the other sections here, so we should all know how to play nice. ... Then again, military numbers and powers were the number one source of arguments here since Day 1. So let's hope that ugly dragon won't raise its head again. This is a roleplaying game, not a competition.
