[@Mae] Question about weapon stat requirements. (I'll probably move two points to Dex, so I'm not too worried about it, but for everyone else)

What are the consequences for not meeting the requirements to wield a weapon? Or would we just not be able to wield said weapons?

The latter is funny, having people running around, not able to wield daggers because their Dex is too low. [sub]For those that don't know, the requirement to wield a dagger is 12 Dex.[/sub]
