[@Ashevelendar] if you put 25 into military it leaves only a 10 for the workforce and caring for children full time. Which means your nation would be spartan in the likes but I wouldn't say it would run. Plus I don't Wang the number of children in the total pop count. Just the 45. 
Military, is a third of your adult pop. Which belongs after subtracting military forces in the workforce area.
