After Barkley went into the kitchen she walked into the parlor and looked at the divan and the chairs and books. Everything in there was antique and extremely old and looked delicate. Piper realized how she must look and she wanted to tidy up before meeting 'Miss Nora'. Piper located the bathroom and slipped inside and when she saw her reflection she was incredibly embarrassed. "oh no" She pulled her brush out of her inside pocket and proceeded to wash her face and hands. Afterwards she pulled out her gloss and put a shine on her lips. She looked much more presentable now. Piper left the bathroom and went up to Grant who was looking at some of the book titles. "Well now that I know what you were looking at I can only wonder why you spoke with me to begin with." When Grant turned to speak with her he would have seen a lovely young woman with beautiful hair and skin a slight shine on her lips and a radiant if not a little nervous smile. Nora happened to walk down the stairs at that some moment. Nora looked at Piper and her eyes betrayed nothing. Her smile was genuine but...."Mr. Holiday, I am glad to see that you returned safely. I am curious though as to why you brought a werewolf into my home." Piper's eyes went cold. "Don't get me wrong, I myself have nothing against the werewolves. Though they do tend to make some people... uncomfortable." Piper realized she was asking a question not kicking her out. She addressed the woman who looked younger than she was but in reality she was probably several hundred years old. "I'm sorry to have surprised you like this and I hope it's not an inconvenience." [@dabombjk]
