Prof. Namashiya Kotori - Patient Songbird With a long, painfully silent pause; the little songbird patiwntly waited for the door to open. Being sent to retrieve prospective students who didn't seem to want to get anywhere close to ENMA seemed a moot point, but it was an duty she'd have to embrace nonetheless. The key to it all was that in the end, no matter how much power she had, she could not force anyone to join the academy. It was a matter of persuasion, and for some reason the Dean thought she, a quiet, simple girl, was one capable of such persuasion. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't, other times she was even met with hostility, it was all really a game of chance. A game which, judging by the lack of movement within Bang's apartment, was an endeavor she had evidently lost. Sighing and attaching her business card onto the door by a simple piece of tape, Kotori pivoted gracefully on her heel and lifted herself into the air. Rising silently above the skyline and gaining a remarkable amount of altitude before sharply changing direction and heading back towards the school. It was not until she reached over the water that she broke into hypersonic speed. Tearing through the atmosphere at well over seven times the speed of sound that caused a deafening blast to rupture the air. It was the very same kind of traveling speed which enabled her to be anywhere on the Earth in just minutes. It only took a few seconds to arrive back at the Academy. The sight that greeted her was grossly dissatisfactory. A fight had broken out, and students were strewn about safe in hiding from the maliciousness of others. A scowl crept up on her lips as she landed on the Ground, and she simply raised her hand in silence. There was not a word of warning, but suddenly the two aggressors found themselves unable to move, barely even able to breathe. As if someone held their entire bodies fast by an invisible hand. Kotori spoke, only then. "I recall giving simple instructions. Talk amongst one another, introduce yourselves. Nothing was mentioned about allowing reckless sparring." The two were then propelled across the field to be as far apart as possible from one another. Then and only then, the professor continued. "If I had any say since you're both merely prospective students, I would have you removed from this campus and promptly confined. However, the powers that be state that you must be allowed the chance." Setting them both down, Kotori released them from her telekinetic grasp and gifted them with freedom once again. "But what you have done here has made it infinitely more difficult to procure a key to be granted entrance to this institution. And that key is my recommendation." Her voice seemed to speak with a hint of rashness then, and she turned back towards the school and began a nonchalant walk back towards it. "For the morning, and for breakfast, class is dismissed. You will find your white prospect uniforms back in the classroom where you met me today. Labeled with your names, and sized accurately to each of you to boot." She stated casually, as the new class followed her back to the school. "Each uniform has specific properties. GPS location, bulletproof to a point, flame retardant, impact resistant, and it even has self repairing properties alongside a minor healing factor to help you recover from the injuries you will inevitably be dealt. Pay heed however, no matter how great a defense it can provide, it will not make you invincible. Good day now, see you at noon back in my classroom." Without another word, she strode back into the school, just in time to have her phone jingle a playful tune, indicating a phone call. Picking it up, it was none other than the Ice Queen herself, inquiring as to where she had been. The answer was embarassingly simple. Even still, there was a hint of a sorrowful smile. "I have been coralling future saviors today. Where have you been? Afghanistan as usual I presume? I'm surprised I didn't get dispatched. I assume that it was a problem easily handled by yourself, no? Was Kirima-San there, by any chance?" Of course the last question was for her own sake, hoping to hearthat Sasaki was doing well.
