Biography: Cloe just moved to Cresent Peaks during the summer break, she has spent most of her time at home and helping her mother with her new business in town, a convenience store. She has no siblings and her dad is currently fighting in Iraq. Cloe was born in London England and moved to America when she was 14, so she still has an accent. Feeling nervous about her new school she dreds the first day of school...
Personality: Cloe can be very shy and nervous when meeting new people, often avoiding them altogether. She can be a bit of klutz at times when shes around people she likes or finds attractive. Her goal in life is to move to New York City and work for the New York Times as a journalist.
