If the men of the Raging Winds had as volatile tempers as they said, then any aggressive or offensive words on his part could possibly lead to a fight, even with all these people standing by. Not only would that be dangerous, but it would garner unwanted attention from Spire officials, something Alexander didn't exactly want from day one. It also would break his usual policy of not fighting others without at lest some intent to kill. His magic was incredibly volatile, and unless he used his weakest spells, there was always the chance of his power accidentally getting a little bit lethal. Killing a student would probably grab the Spire's attention a little more than just a fight. The only option left was to be a gentleman. Fortunately, his job was made a little easier when the white haired man's friend came along. He was better dressed, and something about him was familiar to Alexander. He couldn't quite put his finger on it. When the white haired man extended his hand, Alexander graciously took it, leaning on it as he rose to his feet. Now that he was on his feet, he was surprised to see that the white-haired man, Acron he learned, was shorter than him. "Greeting, Acron. The name's Alexander, 2nd of Spades. I can instantly recognize from your features that you have the blood of the Raging Winds in you." Alexander smiled politely, shaking his hand with a firm grip. "I can tell because I once had a nanny who taught me how to recognize the men of your house on sight. She told me if I ever saw one walking down the street, I should walk on the other side. I trust that that you'll prove her wrong in my time with you here." Alexander's last words had a subtle tone that suggested they were just as much of a warning of what may happen, should Acron fail to disprove the nanny, as a sign of Alexander's confidence in his ability to disprove her. Turning to Jagred, Alexander gratefully took back his suitcase. "Jagred, huh? I believe that you are the Diamond that shares the dorm with me and two other Hearts." Alexander doubted it would be that way for long, even in the Spire, the Suit system of dominance held strong. He couldn't wait to dismantle it piece by piece and instate a society where the intellectuals like him were on the very top, as they should be. It would be most of the Spades, of course, and maybe I choice few of the other suits, like the old man who had initiated him. "If you've already been initiated, then maybe we could walk to the room together? It would be nice to get to know one of my dorm mates prior to getting into the actual dorm." Even if he was just a temporary dorm mate. [@Iktomi][@RedDusk]
