[b]Personality:[/b] Energetic, Loyal and optimistic are three of his biggest qualities, possessing a caring, selfless nature and a desire to protect those who need to be protected, Zack is as selfless as they come, even willing to give up his own life to save another in the process. A sociable individual, who can act both flirty and comedic, he rarely takes things seriously, rather smiling in the face of danger, and radiating with a happy go lucky aura.

Buster sword - Originally from his Mentor Angeal, before his demise. 
Materia - Imbued into his body, Zack can infuse what's known as materia into his system. They are inside his form at all times.

Infused with Mako energy, all those in soldier possess highly advanced strength, along with a hearty durability, allowing him to even wield his mighty buster sword, and wing it about with ease.

As discussed before, Zacks body is infused with balls of lifestream energy called "materia", these materia, giving him the ability to use the elements, such as fire, ice and lightning. He also has the ability to protect himself or an area infront of him with a barrier, which can absorb damage to a certain limit before exploding, and is also capable of dispelling status ailments. These abilities cost mana, and must be recharged by fighting, forcing him to use his blade to recover his mana, if he wishes to use more spells.
