Kieri did wince noticeably at Harvey's statement about her man leaving her. Really, it was the othe people way around, but the wound was still fresh for her. In her mind, she couldn't really see any way to recover what had been a wonderful thing...But that was for the best, really. Buwaro would've gotten hurt if he stuck around her. What got a far greater rise out of Kieri was Harvey's offer. Her jaw dropped when she saw the cover of the top magazine in the stack and she jumped backwards, her pa,e face lighting up red. She had heard of these magazines before, but the angel had always thought them to be urban legends. Seeing them in person was startling to her, and gave her all the more motivation t get her message across. She gestured in a more animated fashion at her brace, making a few ripping motions. She ended up touching it a few times on accident, her hand quickly recoiling whenever this happened. She did nod enthusiastically in response to his words about getting the collar off however. The sound of a clicking shot gun gave Kieri pause. She turned her head to face the source of the noise and saw a third figure in the distance. This one was human, so at least she could identify that much (she wasn't quite sure what Harvey was. The closest she could figure was a merman, but his appearance didn't quite click with the descriptions she had seen. She glanced around for a moment, eventually finding a wayward stone on the ground. She crouched down to pick it up before tossing it at the Engineer's feet to get his attention. Perhaps if she couldn't get her plea across to Harvey...
