However nearly nobody knows him that way. The Onyx King only shows himself as a tall, slender, pale man with pointed ears and black antlers. Only his black piercing eyes and pointed teeth show his true nature.
Attire:
His wardrobe is that of a king. Woven from cobwebs and shadows, from starlight and snow. He wears only dark colours and mostly long, elegant robes.
Glamour(s):
His appearance itself is but an illusion, since his true form is another. However he sometimes changes his appearance. He has appeared as a humanoid figure consisting of a murder of ravens, or a snowstorm.

Personality
Innate & Outward Personality:
One thing drives the Lord of Winter above all, Fear. In his mind everything he does is because of that. He wants to instill fear in his enemies, for him loyalty is only fear of punishment and failure and love is just to fight the fear of loneliness. On the outside he appears frigid and calculating, like it is expected from the King of Winter. Every political move he makes is well thought out and every move an enemy or servant makes is analysed. The Pale King has a reputation for ruling with an iron fist, always listening to council and advice but making the final decision by himself. On the Inside however all this is because he is fearful. He plans every move so meticulously because he fears failure. He keeps a close watch on his servants because he fears treason.
Hobbies/Interests:
Throughout the realm it is known how much the Lord of Winter loves games. He enjoys chess and similiar Fae games and is very good at them. He also is considered a scholar, searching for lore and knowledge. And even though many find it odd, The Fearsome Lord really enjoys the lavish balls and feasts of the fae and hosts some quite regularly.
Skills/Talents:
The Pale King is a talented fencer, no master but a talented one. He is however a masterful strategist and puppetmaster.
Goals/Motivation:
The Lord of Winter wants to stay in power with all means. His ultimate goal however is to give the Unseelie and especially his court a strong position of power and superiority over their enemies. He also secretly wishes for a way to bridge the gap between the worlds.
History/Bio:
He did not start as The Lord of Winter. In his live he had many names and titles. He was born when days were the shortest and worlds were still one. When the Seelie and Unseelie waged war against each other he was a simple soldier in the war. He fought in many battles, for countless winters. He never truly distinguished himself on the battlefield however. When the split in the fae had finally happened the Mahr saw himself on the side of the Unseelie nothing more than a servant. And all the beautiful and powerful Unseelie ruled from the top of their towers. All that changed with the second split, when conflict arose once again he knew his time had come. He stepped in front of a frozen lake to look at his mirage. It was not the visage of a king that he saw so he told the small, hidden lake his true name so that the lake shall keep his true visage. This day the servant died and a ruler arose. He came back to his waring home and quickly gathered Unseelie around him who followed him. The war the Unseelie fought was not long, ending with the founding of the Autumn and Winter courts. The Realm of Winter were now ruled by the Pale King, the Lord of Winter. Through strategy, manipulation and fear he rose from a servant to a king. Since then Winter only knew one ruler. Most lost count since then how often some inhabitant of the Realm was executed, exiled or worse for treason or lack of loyalty. However Winter still stays strong, the Realm where night rules eternally, where plants wither, where Unseelie plot and scheme. Winter will stay. Winter will rule. Fear Winter.

Relationships
Dynamics: Later

| Name Here |
| {Impression (Good/Bad/Neutral} | {Relationship (Friend, Rival, Sibling, etc)} |

Other:

"There is a lake in distant Land, Beyond the wonted haunts of man, Where broods alone in a hideous state A spirit dead and desolate; A spirit ancient and unholy, Heavy with fearsome melancholy." Race: Mahr or Nachtalb

Common Physical Traits:
In their true form hairy, black or dark brown fur, pointy teeth, pitch black eyes and the ears of a cat.
Court:
Almost exclusively Autumn and Winter.
Abilities:
The word "Nightmare" is named after these fae, in germanic countries they are known as an Alb and the word for Nightmare is "Albtraum". The Mahr can enter the dreams of mortals, mostly to terrify them. A Mahr or Alb can command fear and bad dreams. Also nearly all Mahr have the ability to transform into horses, some also more forms, anyone who rides a Mahr will only be able to leave when the Mahr commands it. Many stories also tell of a Mahr entering through a closed window or door.
Limits:
To enter the dream of a fae is incredibly different then entering that of a mortal. Fae can fight back against the Mahr.
Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
Repulsed by infants or children’s laughter, injured by strikes to the shadow, cannot tread on broken glass.

I feel really really bad I didn't mention this but literally I've so far defined the Tuatha, the Fir Bolg, two types of tree spirits, an obscure type called the Awenyddion and the Mahr (or rather Mara, Old High German pronunciation) It wouldn't be as big a deal except its the variant I used for the Spring Ruler and I took a couple more liberties in their creation compared to your version. When I've got time tomorrow I'll post up the sheet for them and you can see if they're is anything still salvageable for your character. Though if it moves too far off course for you I would be happy to help brainstorm some alternatives. The other issues is that the fae realm the Tuatha forged is while not as old as the earth itself still ancient. It essentially dates back to the moment humans started to evolve as a independent species compared to animal lifeforms, essentially looking at the invention of tools and fire. A fae only 4304 years old wouldn't even remember the Autumn/Winter split let alone the unified world, or the Unseelie/Seelie split. He wouldn't have had the chance to take any sort of active role in them. There are very very few fae left that remember even one of the wars let alone all four.
