Can a starter be a psychic type? I like playing characters that are in some way disabled and this time I was thinking it would be fun to be a mute. 
(Don't worry I done it before and was able to get the character’s point across very well with facial expressions, sign language, and writing) 
but I thought it would be cool to have a pokemon that can naturally listen to commands through it's abblites.
