 The only reason he achieved the rule over one of the courts was his hunger for power. He wants to instill fear in his enemies and rules his subjects with an iron claw. On the outside he appears frigid and calculating, like it is expected from the King of Winter. Every political move he makes is well thought out and every move an enemy or servant makes is analysed. The Pale King has a reputation for keeping the status quo when in actuality he is just waiting to strike.
On the Inside he is also as cold as his frozen heart. Life means nothing to him, he does not love anyone and the only people he cares about are those he deems valuable, though he does great things for those chosen few.[/color] [/INDENT]

[INDENT][color=gray]Throughout the realm it is known how much the Lord of Winter loves games. He enjoys chess and similiar Fae games and is very good at them. [INDENT][color=gray]The Lord of Winter wants to stay in power with all means. He hungers to give the Unseelie and especially his court a strong position of power and superiority over their enemies. He also secretly wishes for a way to bridge the gap between the worlds.[/color][/INDENT]

[INDENT][color=gray]He did not start as The Lord of Winter. In his live he had many names and titles. He was born when days were the shortest and a snowstorm was raging. The Wendigo roamed the woods of the realm of winter, feasting on the foolish creatures that dared to step into his woods. The woods he was born in were a dark and endless place, once someone entered he was lost. And even Coldheart did not know a way out. Centuries passed as he grew in strength and skill until he finally left the comfort of his home and somehow found a way out of the woods. 
The moment he saw his king he hungered for his crown. Coldheart wanted to own winter, make the endless night into his realm. And he did. After centuries of service he finally managed to become a chancellor of the King of Winter. He earned that little trust his King was willing to give.
When the court of winter held their grand hunt, it was Coldheart who was leading next to his king. And the route he planned let the hunting party right into the place of his birth. It was there he cornered the king with some soldiers whose loyalty he secured through manipulation, fear and threats and ate his heart in the following battle. That night he came home as the new King.
Since then Winter only knew one ruler. Most lost count since then how often some inhabitant of the Realm was executed, exiled or worse for treason or lack of loyalty. However Winter still stays strong, the Realm where night rules eternally, where plants wither, where Unseelie plot and scheme. 
Winter will stay. 
Winter will rule.

A couple things mostly minor.

You list his height at 7'9" but in your description you list his height as 150 inches which is about 12 and a half feet.

As a wendigo does Coldheart have to eat flesh to survive and if so does he dine on humans brought in from the mortal world or does he consume fae flesh. (Cause that wouldn't exactly be popular amongst his subjects).

The fae glamour does not represent an ability to shapeshift. It is essentially a mirage that they use to alter their appearance for the most part subtly. Usually it is employed when in the mortal world to blend in as it is much easier for a fae to see through a glamour compared to a humans. While you can completely change your appearance you cannot alter the physical space you occupy. The older a fae is the easier it is to create a glamour that no one can see through but he is not that old. The more complete the alterations the more fae are going to be able to notice the glamour. Perhaps not see through it depending on age and power but they will be able to tell it is there.

Finally with regards to the Wendigo what exactly do you mean by has control over snowstorms? Granted they are creatures of the cold born from the need to survive in such environments but I don't remember any lore that says they have glacial abilities.
